Our Story

J&E spent 1.5 years researching the country of Belize.  After much research, J&E decided to purchase the beachfront plot of land in March 2022, site unseen and never visiting the country of Belize.  J&E decided this was a wise decision and secured the deal.  The vision to build a private luxury villa resort came from inspiration after researching and vacationing in the luxury villa in the D.R.  J&E finally visited the island of Ambergris Caye and viewed their plot of land in Sept 2022.  J&E fell in love with the country as well as their beachfront property.   As of today (2025), the property has been cleared, fenced and architectural drawings have been completed.  Progress will continue as they carry out their vision to open their resort villa.  Updates to follow...
